What data and information do we need from you? ▾
In order to establish a non-investment fund and prepare the founding documents, we will need the name, registered office address, details of at least one person (founder, administrator) and the purpose that will be supported by the fund. We will summarize everything for you in the emails we send you, all you have to do is contact us.
What should be the name of the non-investment fund? ▾
The name of the non-investment fund can be in Slovak as well as in a foreign language. The name must contain the designation "non-investment fund" or the abbreviation "n. F.". The name must not be derogatory, offensive or interchangeable with the name of another non-investment fund that is already operating in the territory of the Slovak Republic. If no match is found, the name is free.
Where can the headquarters be? Do I have to have my own premises? ▾
The registered office of the non-investment fund serves mainly as a correspondence address. You can have your seat in an apartment, house, or any other real estate. Most clients state the address of residence of one of the members as the registered office of the non-investment fund. You are not obliged to operate at the registered office address.
Who can be the founder an how many of them there must be? ▾
A non-investment fund may be established by a natural or legal person. One person can also be the founder. A non-investment fund can also be established by a foreigner (a person residing outside the territory of the Slovak Republic) or several foreigners.
Does the non-ivestment fund have to keep accounts? ▾
Yes, it is mandatory to keep simple accounts. If his income exceeds € 200,000 per year, he is required to keep double-entry bookkeeping.
How long does it take to establish a non-investment fund? ▾
It is very fast with us, we usually send the founding documents to clients within 48 hours of receiving payment. The district office currently takes about 30 days to register.

The non-investment fund is obliged to publish an annual report in the register of financial statements every year. The annual report is filed by the non-investment fund in the public part of the register of financial statements by 15 July at the latest. What other obligations will have (accounting, levy, tax ...) depends on the nature of the income they receive.

Yes, the price of 456 € (390 € service + 66 € fee) for the establishment of a non-investment fund is final and does not increase by any additional fees.
